We check the exact cartridge and device model to determine whether refilling, drum or roller replacement, or other servicing is appropriate. Work is carried out at the service department.

One-off collection: 10 or more cartridges
For a one-off refill request, a driver collects 10 or more cartridges. If there are fewer than 10, you bring them to the service department. Transport details and timing are agreed with a manager.

Different arrangements under a contract
Under a service contract, the driver collects cartridges and A4 printers for service as agreed. The 10-cartridge threshold for one-off requests does not apply to contract requests.

A two-week warranty for the specified work
The warranty is two weeks for refilled cartridges and replaced drums or rollers. The scope of reconditioning, compatibility, cost and timing are confirmed for your cartridge; this is not a guarantee of unlimited refilling or a universal print yield.

Can you refill every cartridge?
We first check the model, condition and appropriate work. Compatibility is not assumed for an unknown cartridge.
I have five cartridges. Will the driver collect them?
For a one-off request, you bring fewer than 10 to the service department. An active service contract has separate collection arrangements.
Can I send a photo?
Yes. Attach a clear photo of the cartridge or device marking to your WhatsApp message.
