We review device quantities, models, print volumes, locations and required work. The contract can provide scheduled maintenance or calls on request, cartridge refilling, repairs and other agreed services.

Special fixed rates for agreed work
The work list and special fixed rates are set out in the agreement. This does not mean every repair and consumable is included in one unlimited monthly payment. Do not confuse a service contract with a separately priced click-based support arrangement.

Collection and equipment supplied elsewhere
A driver can collect cartridges and A4 printers for service under the contract. The one-off threshold of 10 cartridges does not apply. We can also agree support for an existing fleet acquired from another supplier.

Regional arrangements and warranty
Service is offered across Kazakhstan with arrangements confirmed for the location. Diagnostics, transport, work scope and timing are agreed. The two-week warranty applies specifically to refilled cartridges and replaced drums or rollers, not automatically to every repair.

Must you have supplied our devices?
No. A contract can cover an existing fleet regardless of its supplier, subject to an agreed scope.
Does the 10-cartridge threshold apply?
No. It is a one-off refill condition, not the collection threshold for service contract requests.
Is the contract an unlimited subscription?
No. Covered work and special prices are agreed explicitly.
